Availability of Goods
The contents of all our gift baskets are subject to seasonal availability of produce. We endeavour to ensure that all descriptions are accurate but photographs are intended for illustrative purposes only and contents may vary from those viewed in photograph. We reserve the right to substitute items for those of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability of any listed goods. Any items such as glassware, unless specifically mentioned in the product description, should be regarded as photograhic props.

Payment
You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron; please select option at checkout stage. If you order off-line you may also pay by cheque however orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared.
Your payment should be received within 48 hours of placing order, despatch will take place within 24 hours of cleared payment.

UK Delivery Method
Delivery will normally be via the option selected during checkout, however we reserve the right to change the delivery method at our discretion. Typically your order is despatched the next working day after your payment is cleared and will be delivered by 'next day' courier service. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, Saturday deliveries can be arranged on requestand will carry a surcharge of £15.00 minimum. Any fresh food items such as cheese, smoked poultry or fish cannot be despatched on a Friday for Monday delivery.
Please note the carrier is only responsible for delivering against signature to the address that you quote. Please ensure that all addresses given are accurate and include a postcode and telephone number of recipient. Where the carrier is unable to make contact at the given address they will deliver to an immediate neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
Offshore UK Islands and International delivery by arrangement and a surcharge will apply.
Cancellation of order
In compliance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Cornish Treats operates a cancellation policy allowing you a 7 day 'cooling off' period from receipt of order. You or the recipient must notify us of the cancellation in writing or email within 7 (seven) working days. The goods must remain unopened and returned in good condition, whereby you will be refunded the full amount minus the cost of any perishable goods.
Returns
We make every effort to ensure our products arrive in good condition. However, if on arrival the product is damaged in any way customers must inform us by email or telephone 01326 315514.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use personal information of the purpose for which it was provided and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for two reasons; firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. We do not give or sell your personal information to others, but we may use and disclose personal information that is relevant to a legal proceeding or as required by law.
Other websites may have links on our site and if you link to these sites they may collect information about you. Such sites are not within our control and are not covered by this privacy policy.

Whilst every effort will be made to meet your requirements Cornish Treats shall not be liable for any breach of obligation resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control; including, but not limited to, fires, strikes (of its own or other employess) insurrection or riots, embargoes, wars, compliance with laws or regulations, delays in transportation, inability to obtain supplies, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority (an 'Event of Force Majeure')
